Job Title: Senior Environmental Consultant
Location: Hybrid in Lansdale, PA
Duration: Direct Hire

About the Role:
Our client is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Environmental Practitioner to lead and expand environmental site investigation, remediation, and compliance services in their growing Lansdale, PA office. This is a Principal-level or Senior Consultant position offering a unique opportunity to build upon a national reputation and grow a southeastern Pennsylvania-based practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead business development efforts with support from internal marketing and communications teams.
  • Manage client relationships from proposal development through project execution.
  • Oversee technical, financial, and risk management aspects of environmental projects.
  • Supervise and mentor project teams, including hiring and performance evaluations.
  • Prepare and review proposals, reports, and technical documents with QA/QC oversight.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and project budgets.
  • Conduct and review technical analyses and calculations.
  • Represent the company in meetings and consultations with regulatory agencies.
  • Support strategic planning and expansion of geotechnical services in the local market.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental or Civil Engineering, Geology, Chemistry, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Professional Engineer (PE), Professional Geologist (PG), or Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP) certification.
  • Minimum of 15 years of environmental consulting experience, including at least 5 years in southeastern Pennsylvania.
  • Expertise in environmental investigation, remediation, and compliance.
  • Experience with chlorinated hydrocarbons, emerging contaminants, and litigation support is a plus.
  • Familiarity with construction bid specifications and industrial compliance/permitting is beneficial.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage projects independently and deliver high-quality work.
  • OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER certification (or willingness to obtain).
