Your Responsibilities Include
  • Lead Full-Cycle Searches from inception to conclusion.
  • Serve as Trusted Client Partner, gaining insights into their staffing needs, challenges, and cultural dynamics.
  • Implement Strategic Sourcing using our bespoke CRM and your own extensive network, alongside our tailored communications tools.
  • Utilize Our Platform to effectively manage candidate flow, outreach tracking, automated follow-ups, and organizational tasks.
  • Focus on Permanent Placements that deliver lasting advantages to clients and generous commissions to you.
  • Engage in Thought Leadership as we elevate both our brand and yours.

  • 2-3+ years of experience in agency recruiting or consultative sales.

  • Comfortable navigating ATS/CRM systems (training provided).
