Position Overview:
We are seeking a part-time bookkeeper to manage monthly financial transactions and maintain organized accounting records using QuickBooks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Record and reconcile monthly financial transactions in QuickBooks
• Prepare basic financial reports
• Maintain organized and audit-ready financial records
• Assist with tax preparation documentation
• Coordinate with the company's CPA or financial advisor as needed
Qualifications:
• Experience with QuickBooks and basic accounting principles
• Previous bookkeeping experience, preferably in a startup or small business
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
