We are seeking a skilled full-time Cable Assembler to join our team in Oldsmar, FL. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and hands-on experience with soldering and cable assembly. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble, solder, and terminate cables and wiring harnesses according to specifications.
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
  • Perform quality checks to ensure all assemblies meet company standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Follow safety protocols and adhere to all company procedures.

Qualifications:
  • IPC certification preferred (IPC-A-610, IPC/WHMA-A-620).
  • Proficient in soldering techniques and cable assembly.
  • Prior experience in cable assembly, harness building, or electronics manufacturing.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable, punctual, and a team player
