Patient Support Representative

Length: December-February
Hours: M-F, 8:30-5
Location: Downtown
Extra: Must have EPIC experience
This is an outstanding career opportunity with our Cleveland Client They are looking to add to their customer service department to meet their growing needs
Essential Requirements:
- Answering phones from patients and redirecting calls to the appropriate department.
- Enter confidential information in their patient electronic system.
- Schedule appointments.
- Greeting guests/visitors and directing them to the appropriate department.
- Attend meetings.
- Sign patients in/out, collect co-pays, past due balances, etc.
Education and Experience:
- Experience in a previous customer service environment
- High School Diploma or GED
