Are you ready to hit the open road? We are seeking dedicated OTR Truck Drivers who want flexibility in their pay and benefits. Choose the pay package that best suits your lifestyle and apply today

Flexible Pay Packages:

  • Option 1: $0.56 CPM base for all miles (we pay practical miles) + accessorials/bonuses + comprehensive benefits (medical, vacation, holiday) + per diem + yearly pay increases + longevity bonus.
  • Option 2: $0.66 CPM for all miles (we pay practical miles) + accessorials/bonuses (this option does not include health insurance, vacation pay, or holiday pay) + per diem + longevity bonus.

Additional Benefits of Our Pay Plans:

  • Accessorials such as layover pay ($150 per night), detention pay ($20 per hour after one hour), and holiday pay ($150 per holiday).
  • Get rewarded for additional stops/pickups ($25 each) and qualify for bonuses including a quarterly safety bonus ($0.03 CPM) and a weekend delivery bonus ($100).
  • NYC trips are optional with a $150 bonus for those who choose to go.

Pay Schedule:

  • Starting pay: $0.56 CPM
  • 6 Months: $0.58 CPM
  • 12 Months: $0.60 CPM
  • 24 Months: $0.62 CPM
  • 60 Months: $0.62 CPM plus longevity bonus.

Key Job Duties:

  • Operate tractor-trailer combinations with reefer units.
  • Conduct daily pre-trip and safety inspections on equipment.
  • Hook/unhook trailers and verify required documentation.
  • Maintain accurate daily logs and communicate with dispatch.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while complying with all laws and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Must have a Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL).
  • Two years of recent verifiable driving experience required (military experience counts).
  • Acceptable motor vehicle record (MVR) based on hiring standards.
  • Aged 23 years or older, meeting all Department of Transportation (DOT) regulatory requirements.
