The Trainer II is responsible for supporting training programs and courses for internal IT support function professionals; this includes training delivery, content development & updates, and reporting and analytics. The Trainer II is responsible for delivery of the complete training portfolio and is expected to provide coaching for teammates and perform reporting and analytics to draw informed conclusions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Trains and supports internal IT support professionals on DaVita's software as well as external applications (live & virtual settings).

• Knowledgeable and is able to deliver all training offerings including

Analyzes training effectiveness by performing deep-dives into SD Analyst metrics & creates Surveys/Assessments.

• Creates reports/charts/graphs based on analytical findings

Partners with internal & external teams to create new training offerings utilizing design software

Coaches and assists Trainer I with training, scheduling and other duties

Provides one-on-one coaching to SD Analysts for improvement and development

Partners with Workforce Management and Service Desk Leadership to schedule training sessions

Owns the Clinic Visit process

Other duties as assigned.

The Wage Range for the role is $23.50 - $36.00/hour. If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position. New York Exempt: New York City and Long Island: $64,350.00/year, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $64,350.00/year, Remainder of New York state: $60,405.80/year New York Non-exempt: New York City and Long Island: $16.50/hour, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $16.50/hour, Remainder of New York state: $15.50/hour Washington Exempt: $77,968.80/year Washington Non-exempt: Bellingham: $17.66/hour, Burien: $21.16/hour, Unincorporated King County: $20.29/hour, Renton: $20.90/hour, Seattle: $20.76/hour, Tukwila: $21.10/hour, Remainder of Washington state: $16.66/hour
