You'll be the go-to person for data accuracy and order processing, supporting the procurement team as they manage essential day-to-day purchasing functions.

Key Details:

  • Compensation: $17-$20/hour
  • Benefits: LaSalle Network contractors have the option to enroll in benefits including medical, dental and vision insurance
  • Location: Chicago, IL
  • Work Model: Fully onsite | Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
What's the job?
  • Maintain accurate and timely data entry for patient records
  • Follow standard procedures and adapt quickly to process updates
  • Partner with team members to resolve discrepancies
  • Support administrative tasks that keep operations running seamlessly
What's needed?
  • 1-2 years of data entry or administrative experience
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in all work
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Dependable, self-motivated, and process-driven mindset
