**Job Title: Caregiver**

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team in providing exceptional support and care to individuals in need. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by delivering personalized care, companionship, and assistance with daily activities. Your empathy, professionalism, and dedication will help create a positive impact on the lives of those you serve.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting in a respectful and dignified manner.
- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversation to enhance client well-being and reduce feelings of isolation.
- Assist with meal preparation and ensure clients adhere to dietary and nutritional guidelines.
- Help with mobility and ensure clients' safety by preventing falls and accidents.
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and pleasant environment for clients.
- Monitor medication schedules and ensure clients take their prescribed medications as directed.
- Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and social activities as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in clients' condition to the supervising healthcare professional.
- Collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals to support client care plans.

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in caregiving, nursing assistance, or a related field is preferred.
- Certification in CPR and First Aid or willingness to obtain within 60 days of hire.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to handle difficult situations with compassion and professionalism.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license may be required depending on the client's needs.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
