Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and layout HVAC systems to meet project specifications using blueprints and schematics.
  • Utilize your expertise in static pressure and CFM duct charts to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Install HVAC equipment, ductwork, piping, and controls for residential and commercial projects.
  • Adhere to local codes, safety standards, and our company’s rigorous quality guidelines during installations.
  • Collaborate with project managers and clients to clarify design expectations and align on timelines.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges to maintain project momentum.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, including materials used and design modifications.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and represent our company with professionalism.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC installation or design.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
  • In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and applicable safety regulations.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are essential.
  • Strong problem-solving skills combined with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • HVAC certification or license (e.g., EPA, NATE).
  • Experience in both residential and commercial HVAC projects.
