Role Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle CPQ Program Manager to lead enterprise-wide CPQ initiatives. This strategic role is ideal for a seasoned professional who thrives in complex environments and excels at aligning business goals with technology execution.

You will oversee large-scale program delivery, manage diverse stakeholder groups, and ensure successful adoption of Oracle CPQ across the organization. Your leadership will directly influence operational efficiency, revenue optimization, and long-term scalability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of Oracle CPQ programs aligned with strategic business objectives.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for executives, technology teams, and business units.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive program roadmaps, budgets, timelines, and resource plans.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including architects, developers, analysts, and QA.
  • Identify, mitigate, and resolve risks and issues impacting program success.
  • Drive change management efforts including training, communication, and process enablement.
  • Establish governance frameworks and ensure compliance with reporting standards.
  • Champion continuous improvement and Oracle CPQ best practices.
Key Requirements
  • 7+ years of IT program management experience, including leadership of Oracle CPQ implementations.
  • Proven success managing enterprise programs with global stakeholders and multi-million-dollar budgets.
  • Deep understanding of Oracle CPQ architecture, integrations, and business applications.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience in fast-paced, collaborative environments with multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • PMP, PgMP, or Agile certifications preferred.
