o Day Shift - 3 RNs
o Night Shift - 3 RNs
• Patient Ratios - 1:4
• Type of equipment - trauma, POC lab, precipitous delivery
• EMR - Meditech

Typical hiring profile

Skill Set Most recruited for:

Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
• >2 years FSED/ED experience
• Proficiency with tough sticks, large bore IVs, blood cultures, triage and monitoring
Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.
• >2 years ED/FSED experience
• Can work with minimal oversight
List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
• POC lab
• Emergency response procedures
Best personality Fit:
• Flexible, good team work
REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, ENPC, NIHSS, CPI
Floating Area(s):
• FSEDs/ED

Dress Code :
• Scrub Color/Attire - Royal Blue

Unit Guidelines/Policies : Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.
• Emergency protocols- code blue, stroke, STEMI, sepsis

Weekends and On call(if any)
• Every other weekend
