Chick-fil-A Pantops is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our fast-paced and customer-focused restaurant. As a Team Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our guests and contributing to a positive work environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Accurately take and process customer orders in a timely manner.
- Prepare and serve food items according to Chick-fil-A standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and dining areas.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Handle cash and credit transactions, ensuring accuracy and security.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe environment for both guests and staff.
- Assist in training new team members by providing guidance and support.
- Engage with customers to ensure their needs are met with enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
- Participate in community outreach and charitable events as needed.

Qualifications:
- Must be at least 15 years old 
- Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is a plus, but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations smoothly.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- A team-oriented attitude with a commitment to fostering a positive work culture.
