Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Comprehensive Searches from initiation to successful closure.
  • Act as a Trusted Client Partner, grasping their hiring needs, challenges, and workplace culture.
  • Implement Strategic Sourcing with our proprietary CRM/ATS, complemented by your personal networks and our unique communication tools.
  • Utilize Our Platform for candidate management, outreach tracking, automated follow-ups, and organizational needs.
  • Focus on Permanent Placements that deliver enduring client value and substantial commissions for you.
  • Contribute to Thought Leadership to enhance our visibility - and yours.
