Position Summary:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will provide essential nursing care to residents and serve as a health resource within the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct nursing care to residents.
  • Supervise and coordinate nursing assistant activities to maintain high-quality care.
  • Manage admission, transfer, and discharge processes for residents.
  • Keep physicians and other healthcare professionals updated on any changes in resident conditions.
  • Respond promptly to all emergency situations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
  • Adhere to all policies and procedures and any updates.

Position Requirements:

Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Licenses/Certifications: Active license to practice in the state of Ohio

Experience: Minimum of 1 year nursing experience

Skills & Abilities:

  • Exhibit compassion and empathy when working with residents.
