As a Merchandising Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional in-store support to retailers, ensuring that shoppers' needs are met effectively. This involves building eye-catching displays, resetting shelves for optimal product rotation, and carefully tracking inventory to maximize sales opportunities for both stores and suppliers.   • At least 18 years old.
  • Able to perform physical tasks such as moving, bending, and standing, with the capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Have reliable transportation to and from your work location.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills to effectively work with clients, customers, and team members.
  • A motivated self-starter who values action and results.
  • Capable of working independently while also thriving in a team-oriented environment.
  • Safety-conscious and able to perform job duties with a focus on safety in a retail setting.
