As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the vital first contact for our customers, assisting them with billing inquiries, policy changes, and expert recommendations. Your role is crucial in ensuring our policyholders receive top-notch service that highlights the benefits of being insured with GEICO.

Salary: $20.86 per hour / $42,032.90 annually
This is an onsite position.
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Communicate effectively with customers, demonstrating empathy and active listening skills.
- Navigate a fast-paced call center environment while managing time efficiently.
- Stay adaptable and open to learning new skills and adjusting to changes.
- Utilize solid computer skills while multitasking to meet customer needs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven experience in delivering outstanding customer service that builds trust and satisfaction.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to listen and understand concerns.
- Willingness to accept constructive feedback for personal development.
