Our client, a leading organization in the corporate facilities management sector, is seeking a Facilities Audio Visual Technician to join their team. As a Facilities AV Technician, you will be part of the onsite support team, ensuring seamless operation of audio-visual systems and conference spaces. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent customer service skills, technical proficiency, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Facilities Technician

Location: Morrisville, NC

Pay Range:Up to $29/hour

Shift: Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm

What's the Job?

  • Provide white-glove technical support for internal, customer, and executive meetings
  • Proactively identify and troubleshoot AV issues to ensure optimal system performance
  • Demonstrate expertise in video conferencing services, especially Webex Board
  • Assist with deployment and operation of Crestron Flex and Polycom VTC codecs
  • Coordinate with Events and Facility Management teams to prepare conference rooms, including setup and maintenance of AV equipment
What's Needed?
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a client/customer service-oriented environment, preferably in a corporate conference setting
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Familiarity with integrated AV systems and troubleshooting electronics
  • Ability to learn new software and adapt to fast-paced environments
  • Strong professional appearance and demeanor, with excellent communication skills
