We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Document Scanner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately scanning documents and data entry into various systems. This role requires proficiency in computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. The Scanner will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate records and supporting our administrative functions.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Ability to scan documents and images into electronic databases with high accuracy.
  • Perform data entry tasks, ensuring all information is correctly inputted into ERP systems and databases.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel for data collection, including the creation of pivot tables for reporting purposes.
  • Strong organization skills to ensure accurate filing for physical and digital documents.
  • Experience assisting order entry process to ensure timely and accurate processing of requests.
  • Ability to transcribe documents when needed to provide clarity and precision in final output.
  • Interpersonal skills to collaborate well in a team environment.
  • Ability to manage correspondence, schedule appointments, and to maintain office supplies.
