Role Overview

The Engineering position can be filled at either the Mid-level or Senior Engineer level. Please review the qualifications for each level below.

Salary Range:

  • Mid-Level - $90,000 - $110,000
  • Senior Level - $117,000 - $143,000

Main Responsibilities

  • Utilize advanced technical and engineering problem-solving skills to support nuclear plant operations, ensuring effective technical decision-making.
  • Provide expert consultation to identify and resolve equipment and system issues, ensuring operational efficiency.
  • Oversee engineering tasks, ensuring high-quality work that meets design criteria, practices, and standards.
  • Conduct independent research and analysis to support technical initiatives and projects.
  • Suggest ideas for new equipment or techniques aimed at improving performance, reducing costs, or complying with regulatory changes.
  • Participate in emergency response and support outage activities as needed, contributing to team success.

Minimum Qualifications

For Mid-level E02 Engineer:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Civil/Structural, Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical, or Nuclear) with 2 years of applicable engineering experience.
  • Ability to meet access requirements, including favorable medical examinations or testing as required.

For Senior E03 Engineer:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Civil/Structural, Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical, or Nuclear) with 5 years of relevant engineering experience.
  • Ability to meet access requirements, including favorable medical examinations or testing as required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional Engineer Registration.
