Our client, a leading manufacturer supporting the tradeshow and display industries, is seeking a Production and Assembly Associate to join their team. As a Production and Assembly Associate, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the creation of high-quality visual communication products. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a team, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production and Assembly Associate

Location: Woodridge, IL

Pay Range: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Shift: Multiple shifts available (1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts)

What's the Job?

  • Build exhibits and promotional products firsthand in a fast-paced environment
  • Follow production schedules and work with short lead times
  • Handle materials and assemble products with precision and care
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and quality standards
What's Needed?
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs repeatedly
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Comfortable working with measurements and fractions
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Willingness to work overtime and occasional Saturdays as needed
