Introduction

We are seeking an experienced Analyst to support a large program initiative. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working closely with business and technical teams to translate requirements into actionable deliverables. A background in healthcare and Salesforce ServiceHealth is highly preferred.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
  • Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst on large program initiatives
  • Ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to developers, architects, and non-technical stakeholders
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in creating user stories, process flows, and technical documentation
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
  • Healthcare industry experience
  • Salesforce certifications or hands-on experience with Salesforce ServiceHealth
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements
  • Convert business requirements into user stories and ensure clarity for development teams
  • Work closely with developers and architects to articulate technical capabilities and constraints
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery
  • Support large-scale program initiatives by providing detailed analysis and recommendations
  • Ensure all documentation is clear, accurate, and maintained throughout the project lifecycle
  • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and discussions to drive consensus and resolve issues
