Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Java Lead Developer with a proven track record in designing and developing scalable, high-performance applications.

The ideal candidate will lead a small development team, oversee end-to-end project delivery, and ensure adherence to best practices in coding, architecture, and deployment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of developers in designing and implementing Java-based applications.
  • Architect, develop, and maintain microservices using Spring and Spring Boot.
  • Integrate and deploy services within AWS cloud environments.
  • Implement message-driven systems using Kafka or RabbitMQ.
  • Work with NoSQL databases and container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in Java development, including 1-2 years in a lead role.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
  • Proficiency in AWS, NoSQL databases, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, and RabbitMQ.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in designing enterprise-level solutions.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
