Position Highlights:
- Join our thriving Hematology & Oncology Department at Crystal Run Healthcare, a nationally recognized practice with a strong patient-centric approach, serving the diverse populations in Orange County, Hudson Valley, and the lower Catskills.
- Collaborate with a team of six physicians and advanced practitioners, with opportunities to specialize in areas of personal interest within oncology and hematology.
- Benefit from a robust referral network of over 400 providers across 70+ specialties, ensuring a steady patient flow.
- Enjoy full infusion services, including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and targeted therapies.
- Access dedicated support staff including medical assistants and trained infusion nurses in our 15-bay infusion center.
- Utilize in-house pharmacists for chemotherapy preparation and an authorization team for managing treatments.
- Work closely with on-site radiology, lab, urgent care, and surgical oncology services located conveniently across the street.
- Experience a healthy work-life balance with a Monday to Friday schedule and manageable on-call duties (1:7 week rotation).
- Focus on outpatient care with a diverse adult patient population, while also rounding as needed.

Required Qualifications:
- Completed (or in process of completing) an accredited fellowship training program in Hematology/Oncology.
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Hematology/Oncology or Medical Oncology.
- Unrestricted New York State Medical License (or eligibility to obtain one).
Compensation for this specialty typically ranges from $317,500 to $595,500, depending on local labor markets, experience, and performance.
