Key Responsibilities for Service Team Associates:

  • Deliver an exceptional dining experience to guests by greeting them warmly, serving food, and handling transactions at the cash register.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and appealing presentation of the establishment.
  • Adhere to operational standards and safety procedures to provide high-quality, fresh food.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with responsibilities across various positions, including front counter, drive-thru, or kitchen.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily goals in a fun and positive atmosphere.

Qualifications:

  • Friendly and helpful team-oriented approach.
  • Previous experience in operations is a plus.
  • Some high school education is required.
  • Food Handler certification may be required based on local laws, obtained at your own expense.

Work Environment:

As part of our team, you will work in a bustling kitchen that can often be hot and may involve exposure to steam and food vapors. Be prepared to stand for extended periods and lift items up to 50 lbs. Effective communication skills, adaptability to a dynamic environment, and conflict resolution abilities are essential for success in this role.

Pay Range: $21 - $24 per hour
