Responsibilities
  • Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch - Begin your journey with a step-by-step training program that equips you with the fundamentals to start strong.
  • Collaborate with sales agents to guide clients to their ideal homes - Learn from experienced agents while delivering exceptional service to buyers.
  • Provide detailed, written feedback to refine clients' search criteria - Strengthen your communication and client relationship skills through personalized guidance.
  • Write and negotiate offers on behalf of sales agents and clients - Develop your expertise in negotiation and transaction management.
  • Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours per week - Build consistent habits that fill your pipeline and fuel your business growth.
  • Participate in weekly script practice - Master the conversations that convert leads into loyal clients.
  • Engage in team activities - Surround yourself with a community of driven professionals who support and inspire one another.
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching, trainings, and Partner Calls - Get personalized coaching and accountability to stay focused and hit your goals.
  • Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology - Stay organized, efficient, and results-driven with smart systems that simplify your workflow.
