YOUR ROLE:
We are seeking a motivated Retail Sales Associate who is not only passionate about customer service but also eager to guide and support team members in achieving their goals within a dynamic environment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming each guest and dedicating time to understand their needs, preferences, and lifestyle.
  • Acting as a product knowledge expert capable of selling and marketing a wide range of apparel, including exclusive brands and tailored clothing.
  • Helping to create a top-notch customer-focused sales team by offering ongoing coaching and training on sales techniques and operational practices.

ARE YOU THE ONE?
Ideal candidates will possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent (college/university degree is a plus but not required).
  • Exceptional customer service skills with experience in resolving issues and complaints.
  • The physical ability to lift up to 10 lbs. and move up to 50 lbs.

The expected pay range for this role is between $17.50 and $20.24 per hour, which includes a base hourly wage from $10.30 to $14.00, commission earnings from 1.5% to 6% based on personal sales performance, plus any necessary minimum wage compensation. Associates are also eligible to earn quarterly bonuses based on overall store performance.
