Key Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture relationships to attract new clients through various strategies, including networking, referrals, social media, and presentations.
- Gain profound insights into clients' needs to build trust and devise tailored financial strategies to meet their goals.
- Manage branch operations to ensure a top-notch client experience aligned with firm policies and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with your team to formulate, assess, and adjust the branch business plan for optimal results.
- Foster a supportive branch atmosphere of trust, respect, feedback, and accountability.

Minimum Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree is preferred or equivalent experience in financial services.
- Experience in sales or financial services.
- Existing financial services certifications or registration is a plus.
- Career progress in professional or military settings.
Licensing Requirements
- SIE (can be obtained independently), Series 7, and Series 66 registrations are necessary; if not currently licensed, you can earn these at our firm during your paid study period.
- FINRA registrations must be obtained within three months. State insurance licenses will be necessary.
- Completion of ongoing training by the firm, along with regulatory required CE, is essential to maintain licensure.
