CPA Firm Tax Manager

We're a small, growing CPA firm that focuses solely on tax and advisory, no audits here. We have a great 12-person team, and are known for our client retention rate. We invest in people, relationships, and long-term success-for both our clients and our team. What You'll Be Doing
- Lead tax engagements for closely held businesses, real estate pros, and high-net-worth clients
- Serve as the strategic voice they trust-not just a number cruncher
- Mentor and develop rising talent-we have great people who want to grow
- Help shape firm processes and strategy-we want your ideas
- ct as a firm leader and grow into an equity stakeholder
- ctive CPA license (Florida or eligible to transfer)
- 5 to 7+ years of public accounting experience
- Proven ability to manage high-level client relationships
- Solid technical tax knowledge (1040s, 1120s, 1065s, 1041s, etc.)
- $165,000-$185,000 base salary (based on experience)
- Performance bonuses that reward results
- Equity track within 24-36 months (written into your offer)
- 4 weeks PTO + holidays + early Fridays in off-season
- Hybrid flexibility - in-office 3 days/week, or more if you want
