Guest Experience Specialist

Are you passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences and want to grow with our organization? We are looking for energetic applicants that can communicate with our guests and deliver world-class experience. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers in the service lanes. Our full-time position works 4 weekdays from 7:00a.m - 4:00p.m and Saturdays 7:00a.m.-6:00p.m.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Promptly greet guests entering the service lanes
- Wow customers with an unmatched level of customer service
- Utilize dealership online software to check guest in
- Cash out guest from the lane in a timely manner
- Actively deliver the guest their vehicle
Speak directly with customer to assist with all inquiries and issues and offer additional services - Utilize dealership software to check guest information
- Drive to succeed customer expectations
- Good verbal and written communication skills
