As the Care Management RN Manager, you will play a vital role in connecting patients and families with department staff, physicians, and various healthcare resources. Your primary responsibility will be to establish, implement, and monitor best practices and clinical standards to ensure high-quality patient care while maintaining the financial integrity of our organization.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a related health field
- Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License
- 6 years of Case Management experience
- 2 years of supervisory or management experience, preferably in Case Management
- Experience in case management and supervisory roles within an acute care hospital
- Clinical nursing experience across various complex patient care areas
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Experience in providing adult education to multidisciplinary staff
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Nursing or a healthcare-related field upon hire
- Certified Case Manager (CCM) or Accredited Case Manager (ACM)

The listed amounts are base pay ranges; additional compensation may be available, including shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, and bonus opportunities.
