QED Systems, LLC, is currently recruiting a Program Specialist to join our team at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. This position is contingent upon award

Duties:

  • Provide expert advisory and guidance to PM PNT on technical, functional, and program management strategies, milestones, and budgets.
  • Monitor program progress, analyze performance, and recommend corrective actions to maintain schedule, cost, and overall program accomplishments.
  • Formulating alternative solutions, documenting process improvements, tracking project objectives, preparing correspondence, and supporting essential program administration.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Detail-oriented with excellent technical, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of DoD funding process, program office estimate (POE) development, and budget forecasting and experience with DoD 5000, FAR, DFARS, and AFARS, preferred.
Required Clearance:
  • ACTIVE CLEARANCE LEVEL REQUIRED: Top Secret w/SCI
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required. Degree preferred in Business or a related field.
  • Seven (7) years of related experience required. Seven (7) years of military service may be substituted as related experience.
Travel:

Travel is not expected for this position.

Work Environment:

This position will be performed in a variety of locations, including but not limited to, government offices, military bases and depots, warehouse/maintenance shops, and/or field environments that include extended periods outdoors.

Physical demands of this position include ability to:
  • Be independently mobile.
  • Communicate effectively with co-workers and customers.
  • Withstand prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and computer use.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday. Flexibility around core hours. Travel may occur outside of normal core hours.

Estimated Salary Range: $125,000.00 - $150,000.00, annually. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. This represents the typical range for fully qualified candidates for this position based on experience, geographic location, and other factors. The final offer amount may vary.
