About the job Data Entry Clerk

We are looking for several data entry specialists to join their team. This is an indefinite temporary opportunity and is full time (Monday-Friday 8am-5pm). The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for auditing store reports on a daily basis, checking adjustments against guidelines, verifying invoices, researching variances found and other additional projects as needed. No experience necessary, we train, enjoy a team environment, have good communication skills, be reliable, motivated and organized. Must have intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Requirements

Experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Invoicing is highly preferred.

Experience in alphanumeric data entry highly desirable.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.

Customer service experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to multi-task and attention to detail is essential
