The Role

Eliassen Group is seeking a Data Warehouse Architect & AI Analytics Lead to join our high-performing team. This is a strategic, hands-on role focused on evolving our data infrastructure and enabling predictive, AI-driven analytics. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in data warehousing, cloud-based solutions, and machine learning, and will collaborate across business and technical teams to deliver scalable, impactful data solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of extensions to a Data Vault 2.0-modeled data warehouse.

  • Architect and pilot predictive analytics initiatives, including machine learning and LLM-based solutions.

  • Design and implement Star and Snowflake schemas to support BI reporting.

  • Maintain and enhance automated data loading routines.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and refine data requirements.

  • Develop and maintain cloud-based data solutions.

  • Apply best practices in data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and data warehousing.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in data warehouse design and implementation.

  • 3+ years of experience with Data Vault 2.0 modeling, ETL/ELT, Snowflake and DBT.

  • 7+ years of experience with Star and Snowflake schema design.

  • Excellent SQL and Python skills with 5+ years of experience.

  • 2+ years of experience with DBT (data build tool).

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with business users.

  • 10+ years of experience with cloud-based data solutions.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with VaultSpeed and PowerBI.

  • Familiarity with staffing industry operations and Salesforce platform.

  • Experience building machine learning and/or LLM-based predictive analytics solutions.

Base salary: $140,000 - $150,000

This position includes additional variable compensation in the form of an annual/quarterly bonus opportunity.

W2 employees of Eliassen Group who are regularly scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week are eligible for the following benefits: medical (choice of 3 plans, some with an Employer HSA contribution), dental, vision, pre-tax accounts, other voluntary benefits, basic life and disability insurance, 401(k) with match, and PTO consisting of 10 holidays, 5 sick days (or more if required by law in the state/locality where you work), 15+ days of vacation (based on tenure), bereavement leave, and 6-8 weeks paid maternity/disability leave and 2-4 weeks paid parental leave (based on tenure).
