Work Schedule: 36 hours per week, Nights
Salary Range: $88,192.00 - $136,697.60 annually
As a member of the Critical Care Float Pool, you will:
- Implement physician orders and administer medications.
- Start IVs and perform treatment procedures as required.
- Assess and evaluate patients’ needs, responses, and conditions.
- Collaborate with the nursing team to develop individualized care plans.
- Provide emergency care for various injuries and illnesses.
Requirements:
- Graduation from a professional academic nursing program (Diploma, Associate Degree, or Baccalaureate Degree).
- Current NYS Registered Nurse license.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
- A minimum of 1-3 years of clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care.
- Excellent communication and time-management skills.
