Customer Service Administrator

Job Summary
The Customer Service Administrator will manage a variety of customer service tasks, including handling inquiries via phone and email, supporting administrative processes, and ensuring smooth operational workflows.
Primary Responsibilities
• Answer and route customer service calls to the appropriate department
• Assist with end-of-day cash-out processes
• Support call desk operations for customer orders
• Schedule new customer deliveries
• Provide backup support for front desk administration

Work Environment
This position operates in a professional office setting and uses standard office equipment, including computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
Physical Requirements
• Ability to talk and hear
• Regularly stand, walk, sit, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and/or crawl
• Use hands to handle or feel objects and reach with arms
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 lbs.
• Vision ability required
Minimum Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Basic clerical skills
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
• Excellent customer service abilities
• Willingness to work over 40 hours, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Visible tattoos need to be covered while in the workplace
• Smoke and vape-free workplace
• Must pass company-approved drug screen, physical, and human performance evaluation (HPE)
