HVAC Service Technician

Aire Serv is looking for a skilled HVAC Service Technician/Installer to be a trusted partner in building our reputation for excellence and customer focus. This is a customer-facing, residential service role where you'll meet the customer in their home, complete the necessary repairs or maintenance, talk with them about recommended solutions, and install new systems.

We are offering a limited time, conditional hiring bonus of $2,000 for exceptional candidates.

• $500 after 30 days of successful employment
• $1,500 after 6 months in good standing

Your Responsibilities as an HVAC Service Technician

• Deliver world class installation, maintenance, and repair of residential HVAC systems
• Build lasting customer relationships through excellent communication and service
• Identify and recommend system upgrades, indoor air quality solutions, and accessories to customers
• Assist in implementing operational processes and best practices
• Lead by example and help train future team members

What We're Looking For

Must-Haves:

• 3+ years residential HVAC experience (service & install)
• HVAC accreditation & EPA Certification
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Ability to lift 60+ lbs. and work in varying conditions
• Professional appearance and strong communication and customer-facing skills
• A positive attitude, customer-first mindset, and a strong sense of pride in high-quality work.

Nice-to-Haves:

• ServiceTitan Mobile experience
• Proven track record in accessory, indoor air quality, and system replacement sales

Benefits & Pay

The pay range for this position is $24.00 to $38.00, depending on your experience and knowledge. In addition, candidates are eligible for over $20K-$30K annual bonus potential for meeting performance goals (e.g., service quality, sales, customer satisfaction)
