Position Title: Substitute Direct Support Professional

Position Location: Jefferson, WI; Waukesha, WI; Brookfield, WI

About the Role: As a versatile Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will provide essential support to adults with developmental disabilities. Your responsibilities will include planning and leading recreational activities, assisting with daily living tasks, and facilitating community engagement. You will also be tasked with transporting clients, maintaining accurate reports, and ensuring a clean and safe environment. Your ability to effectively problem-solve and handle challenging situations is crucial for success in this role.

No prior experience in caregiving or DSP roles? No problem We offer comprehensive paid training to equip you with the skills you need, including certification as a CBRF DSP upon completion.
