Job Summary

We are seeking Avaya Tier 1 Onsite Technicians to support a short-term deployment project in Miramar Beach, FL. This role is ideal for technicians with 1-2 years of Avaya experience who are comfortable providing hands-on, onsite support.

Responsibilities
  • Perform basic Avaya system support and troubleshooting
  • Assist with phone installations, moves, adds, and changes
  • Provide Tier 1 break/fix support under guidance of senior technicians
  • Document issues, resolutions, and work performed
  • Coordinate with onsite teams to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience working with Avaya systems
  • Basic understanding of telephony and VoIP concepts
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work onsite for the full assignment duration
