Document Specialist
Location: Duluth, GA 30097
Job Type: 4 Months (Temp to Engage)
Shift: Second Shift, 2:30 PM-10:30 PM (Mon-Fri)

This position supports our client and involves prepping documents for scanning. Candidates should have strong attention to detail, the ability to work quickly and accurately, and be receptive to feedback. Some standing is required (chairs available), and the candidate may need to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure and maintain customer satisfaction according to company standards of quality and output by prepping, scanning, inspecting, compiling, assembling, and binding documents.
  • Maintain minimum PS+ standards.
  • chieve customer satisfaction by consistently prepping, scanning, inspecting, compiling, and assembling projects accurately and on time.
  • Meet deadlines while maintaining high quality and error-free work in a fast-paced environment.
  • chieve productivity standards by meeting Impressions per Hour (IPH) and other facility metrics.
  • Maintain optimal machine performance (clearing jams, refilling toner, replacing oil, etc.) and report any equipment issues.
  • Complete all paperwork accurately and legibly.
  • Communicate problems promptly to management.
  • Maintain an organized workstation to prevent assembly errors.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by performing error-free jobs per customer specifications using a KODAK Scanner.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic PC and typing skills
  • Team-oriented with the ability to maintain positive relationships across departments
  • daptable and flexible to changing work situations
  • ble to perform repetitive work while maintaining quality standards
  • Must be willing to work multiple shifts, including nights, weekends, overtime, and holidays as needed
  • ble to work in a production environment with moderate to high noise levels
  • Capable of managing moderate stress and meeting tight deadlines
  • ble to stand for up to 8 hours per day
  • ble to lift and move up to 50 lbs from the floor to waist height
