What We’re Looking For:

  • A high-achiever with a strong track record in sales and customer satisfaction
  • Previous Service Advisor or automotive sales experience required
  • Strong up sell and closing skills – ability to educate and earn customer trust
  • Energetic, goal-oriented, and passionate about delivering a great experience
  • Familiarity with Subaru vehicles is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and assess their service needs professionally
  • Present service recommendations with confidence and transparency
  • Communicate effectively between customers and technicians
  • Maximize every service opportunity while ensuring satisfaction
  • Drive CSI scores and repeat business
