Property Inspector

As a Property Inspector, you will play a key role in ensuring that properties meet our quality standards for acquisition by House Buyers of America. This position allows you to be a part of a dedicated team and engage in various construction and inspection tasks in the field. Enjoy a competitive salary ranging from $50,000 to $75,000, depending on your experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough due diligence inspections to evaluate property conditions and necessary repairs.
  • Prepare detailed reports and capture images of properties for documentation.
  • Collaborate with construction and settlement teams to complete essential field tasks.
  • Verify that all punch-out items are finalized while documenting the construction process with photographs.
  • Perform daily inspections to monitor progress on various projects.
  • Manage the installation and removal of lockboxes and marketing materials.
  • Deliver equipment and supplies to properties as needed.

Your Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree or higher is preferred.
  • Strong communication and computer skills are essential.
  • Licensure as a Home Inspector in any state is advantageous but not mandatory.
