Position Overview
Location: Clinton, IA
Setting: Outpatient Family Medicine Clinic
Schedule: Full-time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Call Schedule: Shared 1:4 rotation
Telemedicine: Not applicable - in-person care only
An established outpatient practice in eastern Iowa is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join a collaborative primary care team serving a loyal and growing patient population. The ideal candidate is compassionate, patient-centered, and values a collegial environment supported by advanced practice providers and in-house services.
Practice Highlights
- Busy, well-supported outpatient-only practice (team of physicians + APPs)
- Build and manage your own robust patient panel
- Shared call rotation (1:4) for excellent balance
- Onsite lab services and access to specialists (urology, podiatry, cardiology, surgery, radiation oncology, and hospitalist coverage)
- Strong referral base and dedicated administrative support
- Clinic and hospital located within minutes - minimal commute time
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (within 2 years of eligibility with plans to test)
• Iowa medical license (or willingness/eligibility to obtain)
• Clean malpractice and licensing record strongly preferred
• Must be able to commence full-time outpatient practice (Monday-Friday)

Compensation & Benefits
Income Guarantee: $290,100 per year (2-year guarantee period)
Sign-on/Bonus Package: $150,000 + productivity incentives
Relocation Assistance: Up to $15,000
Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligibility
