We offer a base salary of up to $92,000, depending on experience, along with an uncapped Clinical Incentive Bonus Program, putting your earning potential in your hands. Our company-paid benefits mean no deductions from your paycheck for your medical, and life insurance. With a generous PTO policy, you'll have the flexibility to enjoy life outside of work. To top it off, we're offering a $10,000 sign-on bonus as a warm welcome to our growing team.

Skills and Knowledge:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong operations and leadership skills to develop team members.
- Superior organizational skills and ability to maximize efficiency.
- Advanced computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Proficiency in teaching and using EMR software.
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Graduate of a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Program.
- Open to both experienced candidates and recent graduates.
- Current state Physical Therapist license.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
- Bilingual Spanish speaking is a plus, but not required.
- Requires manual dexterity and general strength and endurance.
- Routine lifting (5-35 lbs), carrying (5-10 lbs), pushing (5-150 lbs), and sustained gripping (40-50 lbs).
- Guarding lift loads of 120-140 lbs.
