Title: Sr On-Site Services Specialist

Pay: $21.50 per hour

Hours: Monday-Friday; 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Location: Bloomfield, CT 06002
(Onsite - free parking available)

Overview

The Sr On-Site Services Specialist supports facilities and mailroom operations for Cigna Healthcare. This role focuses primarily on physical mail processing, including sorting, scanning, and distributing mail into a delivery system. The position requires attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and comfort with extended standing and light physical labor.

Job Description
  • Process incoming and outgoing physical mail, including sorting and scanning into an electronic delivery system.
  • Perform mail distribution, shipping, and receiving of products and supplies.
  • Apply appropriate postage to outgoing mail and packages.
  • Handle fax transmissions and distribute mail and office materials to designated personnel or drop-off locations.
  • Maintain inventory records and restock office and mailroom supplies as needed.
  • Perform general clerical and delivery duties as assigned.
  • Follow site procedures and directions from the Site Manager, Site Supervisor, or Assistant Site Manager.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area.
  • Work independently or as part of a team to meet service expectations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Education Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED
Experience Requirements
  • 1-2 years of related work experience
  • Custodial, maintenance, office, or facilities support experience preferred
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds (team assistance available)
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time
  • Ability to perform light physical tasks throughout the workday
