Responsibilities
- Partner with Fleet/Product Owner on product roadmap definition and release execution.
- Maintain product backlog and manage sprint ceremonies.
- Translate user journeys and workflows into actionable business requirements.
- Collaborate with business, tech, UX, compliance, and risk stakeholders.
- Coordinate product releases and user demos with PMO.
- Track KPIs and advocate for adoption and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 3-5 yrs experience in digital product management or business analysis within Agile/Scrum.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills.
- Experience with web/mobile platforms and collaborating with design and dev teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
- Strong multitasking and deadline-management capability.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Preferred: Wealth Management or Online Brokerage/Banking domain knowledge; Series 7 or 24 license; experience launching fintech or digital products.
