A large-scale, fast-moving distribution and production operation is seeking a Print Production Clerk to support the final stages of printed materials before they head out the door. This is an entry-level manufacturing opportunity ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and ready to learn the finishing side of print production.

Hours & Pay

Pay Rate: $14.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Employment Type: 30-day assignment with potential to extend

Daily Tasks & Responsibilities

• Review printed materials to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met
• Perform finishing work, including folding, cutting, gluing, spiraling, and binding
• Operate and support bindery and finishing equipment as assigned
• Package, label, and prepare completed materials for shipment or delivery
• Collaborate with press operators and production staff to maintain workflow efficiency
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet customer specifications
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA standards
• Participate in ongoing training and adapt to new procedures as needed
  

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma or comparable work experience
• Entry-level manufacturing experience with printed materials preferred
• Prior exposure to bindery or finishing equipment is a plus, including cutters, folders, drill presses, comb openers, electric punches, padders, or tape binders
• Ability to meet deadlines and understand production time requirements
• Strong teamwork, communication, and customer service skills
• Professional attitude, appearance, and reliability
• Ability to lift and move up to 80 pounds
• Comfortable with frequent standing, bending, reaching, and lifting throughout the shift
