As a Physical Therapist within this travel-focused role, you will assess patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement interventions ranging from evidence-based therapeutic exercises to manual therapy, gait and balance training, neuromuscular reeducation, and adaptive equipment education. You'll monitor progress, adjust plans as needed, document outcomes clearly in the electronic health record, and collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, case managers, caregivers, and other members of the multidisciplinary team to ensure a cohesive, patient-centered approach. Your daily responsibilities will emphasize safety, clinical excellence, and patient empowerment-teaching exercises, home programs, and activity modification strategies that promote long-term function.
