As a Customer Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive outstanding service. You will handle inquiries and support customers from a remote setting. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email with professionalism.
  • Troubleshooting basic issues and providing effective solutions.
  • Documenting interactions and updating customer accounts accurately.
  • Providing quotes and processing orders efficiently.
  • Researching leads and targeting accounts for new opportunities to drive sales.
  • Learning our full suite of products and services to assist customers effectively.
  • Collaborating closely with the warehouse to address any shipping issues.
  • Working with the finance team to provide billing and necessary documentation.
  • Engaging with customers across different time zones.
  • Preparing compelling client quotes, proposals, and presentations.
  • Maintaining high attention to detail and accuracy in all communications.
  • Demonstrating the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Providing prompt customer feedback and resolving issues as they arise.
  • Submitting timely activity reports to track your performance.
  • Exhibiting strong computer skills and familiarity with MS Windows.
  • Utilizing dynamic project management and collaboration skills.
  • Staying mindful of schedules and consistently delivering all projects on time.
