Join Our Team of Dedicated Paramedics

We are actively seeking skilled Paramedics who are committed to providing exceptional patient care and emergency medical services. With a sign-on bonus of up to $12.5k available for those ready to make a one-year commitment, this is an exciting opportunity for both full-time and part-time positions.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Assessing emergency situations to determine the appropriate response in accordance with Paramedic protocols.
  • Applying your expertise in using medical equipment, including defibrillators, EKG monitors, oxygen, and intravenous fluids, to deliver top-notch medical care.
  • Engaging effectively with patients and their families to provide assurance and information on ongoing care.
  • Leading the Paramedic team, managing scene operations, and overseeing unit protocols as required.
  • Driving the ambulance while responding to 911 calls with a focus on safety and efficiency.
  • Collaborating professionally with other healthcare providers and public safety personnel, as well as your fellow Paramedics.
  • Participating in community initiatives to build positive relationships and promote our services.

Minimum Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Current State Paramedic License.
  • Valid State Driver's License.
  • BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NREMT-Paramedic certifications.
  • Driving record that meets company standards.
  • Ability to pass a Physical Agility Test.
  • Previous work experience in healthcare is preferred.

Working Conditions: Availability to work on various shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Regular work will involve extended periods inside an ambulance, both indoors and outdoors with varying weather exposure.

Physical Demands: The role involves moderate to extended periods of sitting, standing, and walking, with the necessity to lift heavy equipment, push, pull, reach, bend, and climb stairs. Must also be able to wear necessary medical equipment such as face masks or respirators when required.

Mental Requirements: Critical thinking skills are essential for problem-solving and making quick decisions in high-pressure situations. Be prepared for stressful environments requiring focused and responsive action.
